Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Condition of Returned Products
- Returns are accepted on the condition that the products are returned in perfect condition, including the original packaging with all contents, screws, instructions, etc.
- Fittings that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.
- Take care to return your item safely to ensure it reaches us without damage.
- Please avoid writing on the outer box or using brown packaging tape; doing so will incur a reboxing fee of 10% of the item's value, deducted from your refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return reference. as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Customers Rights of Cancellation and Returns Policy:

  1. What if my goods are damaged or faulty?
    Damaged or faulty goods will be replaced or refunded. Damaged or broken glass does not constitute faulty goods, although damaged glass will be replaced. You must notify Ceiling fans uk within 7 days of receipt (see returns policy). The Ceiling fans uk take no responsibility for any consequential loss or cost incurred due to faulty goods or shortages such as electrician fees, time taken from place of employment etc. All fans are covered by Mantra warranty - 5 years and 2 years for remote controls (see individual products descriptions for full warranty details).


    Returns Policy

    • You must inform us in writing within 14 days of delivery of any goods to be returned, any shortages, or if you wish to return any damaged goods. The date of delivery will be as recorded by our couriers.

    • Unwanted items must not have been electrically installed, unpacked or tampered with. 

    • Once we have your request for a return our customer services will give you an authorisation number. Goods returned without a returns authorisation number will not be accepted.

    • All goods must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all other associated components sent with them such light bulbs. Goods should not have been installed, modified or used in any way and should be in an undamaged condition.

    • Unwanted goods are returned at the customers' cost.

  2. You, ‘the customer’, are within your rights to return or cancel your contract with us Ceiling fans uk at any time within the first 30 working days after you are in receipt of the goods. However these rights are null and void if the goods have been fitted, assembled or modified in any way. You must return the goods in their original packaging and the goods must be in the same condition upon which they were received. Any goods which have been actually manufactured specifically for you ‘the customer’ cannot be returned for credit.

We will not refund you for the costs incurred by you to return the goods. The goods must be returned to "Lynwood House" Lichfield Road, Hopwas, Tamworth, Staffordshire. B78 3AN It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are not damaged in transit and that we receive them in the same condition upon which you received them.

  5. 4. Under the circumstances whereby you do not return the goods as required, we are within are rights to charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods.

  6. 5. Upon receiving authorisation to return goods to us you must do so within 7 days from the date of us accepting the cancellation of the contract.
    6. Please be aware that the Consumer Distance Selling Regulations do not apply for Business to Business transactions.
